I am a Theologian from the Faculty of Northern Spain; Master in Social Doctrine from the Pontifical University of Salamanca.
I have been European Vice President of Pax Romana and I am a member of BKA, a Basque group.
I am currently Secretary General of Caritas Euskadi and member of the General Council of Caritas Española.
Married and father of two children.
